At Blackrock HVAC & Plumbing, we strive to provide top-quality HVAC and plumbing services to our valued customers throughout Denver and other parts of Colorado. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we want to ensure you have a clear understanding of our refund policy.
REFUND POLICY
Completed Services: Once a service has been performed and completed to your satisfaction, refunds will not be issued. We encourage you to review the work with our technicians before they leave your property to address any concerns immediately.
Partially Completed Services: If a service cannot be completed due to unforeseen circumstances, we will evaluate the situation and may issue a partial refund based on the work already completed.
Dissatisfaction with Service: If you are not satisfied with the quality of the service provided, please contact us within 7 days. We will assess your concerns and work to resolve the issue, which may include revisiting your property or offering partial compensation.
PRODUCT REFUNDS
Installed Equipment and Parts: Refunds are not available for equipment or parts that have been installed. In cases of malfunction or defects, we will follow the manufacturer’s warranty policies to repair or replace the item.
Uninstalled Equipment or Parts: Refunds may be issued for uninstalled items returned in their original condition within 14 days of purchase. A restocking fee may apply.
DEPOSIT REFUNDS
Cancellations Prior to Service: If you cancel a scheduled service at least 48 hours in advance, we will refund your deposit in full.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may result in forfeiture of your deposit.
EXCLUSIONS
Refunds will not be provided for:
Services delayed or interrupted due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, emergencies).
Failure to comply with maintenance or usage recommendations provided by our technicians.
