• Scheduling: Service appointments must be scheduled in advance. Availability may vary based on location and demand.

• Cancellations: Clients must notify us at least 24 hours in advance if they wish to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of deposits.

3. Estimates and Pricing

• Estimates: Any estimates provided are based on the information available at the time and may be subject to change after further inspection.

• Final Pricing: The final cost of services will include parts, labor, and any applicable taxes. All pricing will be clearly outlined in the invoice.

• Payments: Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods will be detailed in the invoice.

4. Warranties and Guarantees

• Workmanship Guarantee: We stand behind the quality of our work and offer a workmanship guarantee on all services provided. Specific warranty terms will be outlined in your service agreement.

• Manufacturer Warranties: Any equipment or parts installed will carry the manufacturer’s warranty. We are not responsible for defects or failures outside the scope of the warranty.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Access: Clients must ensure our technicians have safe and clear access to the worksite.

• Accurate Information: Clients must provide accurate details about their property and the issue requiring service. Failure to disclose relevant information may impact the service outcome.

6. Limitations of Liability

Blackrock HVAC & Plumbing is not liable for:

• Damages caused by pre-existing issues unrelated to our services.

• Delays or service interruptions due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, emergencies, supply chain disruptions).

• Unauthorized alterations or repairs performed by third parties after our services are completed.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, marketing materials, and service-related documentation is the property of Blackrock HVAC & Plumbing and may not be reproduced or distributed without our written consent.

8. Privacy

Your personal information is protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be resolved in the applicable courts of Colorado.

Blackrock HVAC & Plumbing reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

The customers will be able to opt in to receive messages either in person at their physical location, or over a phone call if the customer calls. When a customer is registered for the first time, they are asked to provide the phone number, and staff is trained to ask If the customer would like to opt in to SMS-based billing notifications, appointment reminders, dispatch notifications and job completion surveys. They will be verbally informed that "Message and data rates may apply", "Message frequency may vary", and they can "text HELP for support or more information and STOP to unsubscribe at any time and no further messages will be sent." They will also be informed that their information will not be shared with third parties.
